Will the later notice change my eligibility for financial aid?
No.  You will have access to financial aid programs for which you are already eligible.

When will I be able to view my pending financial aid to compare with my autumn semester bill?
Pending financial aid is now being processed and can be viewed on your Statement of Account.

Will I still be able to apply for and secure a student loan in time to pay my autumn semester bill?
Yes.  You will be able to finalize plans to secure Direct, Parent PLUS and private loans as needed before the start of autumn semester.

Will there be any further assistance with making a payment toward my charges?

To further assist students and families in managing their finances for autumn semester 2017, the university is taking the following steps:

  • Although autumn fees are due August 15, we will not begin to assess late payment fees until August 25.
  • The Tuition Option Payment PLan (TOPP) will allow four equal installments for autumn rather than the usual three.

When will my private loan application be certified?
We will begin certifying private loans now that the financial aid packaging process is complete, and we advise you to apply for your loan as soon as possible.  If your private loan application is approved, as long as you have taken all necessary steps to have it certified before the start of autumn semester classes, we will ensure you will not be assessed late payment fees while we wait for funds to be disbursed.

What if I need to access 2017-2018 cost of attendance figures for an external scholarship certification I am completing?
