Important things to know
You cannot work when you are scheduled to be in class, including online classes.
You can work a maximum of 20 hours a week during the term.
You must be enrolled at least half time in order to work.
You must work for the hours you are paid.
Enter your hours in your department's time tracking system each time you work and submit your timesheet at the end of each week. Students are paid bi-weekly.
Your work-study offer will not pay your tuition or housing costs directly.
Receipt of work-study funding is contingent upon meeting financial aid and enrollment criteria, therefore should not be used as a sole source of income.
